ZeroSarro ZS2000CT Anti-Scale System
The end of scale, without a softener.
The ZeroSarro ZS2000CT turns the hardness in your water into tiny crystals that rinse through instead of sticking to your heater, showers and taps. No salt, no electricity, no drain, no wasted water, and the minerals stay in.
What changes in your home
Scale coats heating elements, narrows pipes and leaves white marks on showers and taps, and the water on this coast is hard. ZeroSarro keeps calcium and magnesium from bonding to surfaces, and on the maker's data it loosens scale already there.
A salt softener swaps calcium and magnesium for sodium. ZeroSarro adds nothing and removes nothing: the water keeps the minerals Acuario preserves, and a hardness test reads about the same. The difference shows on the heater, not on the meter.
No electricity, no drain line, no backwash, no chemicals and no salt to buy. It sits on the incoming line and treats hot and cold water for the whole house.
The catalytic media is rated by the maker for up to three years. Replacing it is a short visit by our team, and there is nothing to do in between.
The maker asks for sediment filtration and a carbon stage ahead of the media, with chlorine under 2 ppm. The ARC provides both, so the ZeroSarro goes in right after it and stays protected.
How it works, in four steps
On its way into the house, the water passes through a bed of catalytic beads.
On the bead surface, dissolved calcium and magnesium form microscopic crystals, stable to heat and pressure.
They ride along in the water without bonding to metal, glass or plastic, so nothing coats the heater.
The crystals leave with the water. Nothing is added, nothing goes to a drain, and no salt or power is needed.

Additional information
Your heater, pipes and fixtures stop scaling up. Your hardness reading does not change, because nothing is removed. The difference shows on the heater, not on the meter.
Sediment filtration, a carbon stage, and chlorine under 2 ppm. That is exactly what an ARC-1 or ARC-2 already provides, which is why the ZeroSarro goes in right after your system and stays protected.
The catalytic media is rated by the maker for up to three years. Swapping it is a short visit by our own team, and there is nothing to do in between.
Every owner has an account in the Water Portal at app.acuario.io. Add-ons live on the same record as the system they protect, with the service history and the reminders.
