Acuario ships to all 32 states of Mexico. In Riviera Nayarit, Bahía de Banderas and Puerto Vallarta; Guadalajara and Lake Chapala; the Oaxaca coast; Tulum and the Riviera Maya; and Baja California Sur, our own team installs. Anywhere else, your system ships to your door and any licensed plumber can fit it — standard connections, and we guide you both through it.

Guadalajara
Guadalajara, Zapopan, Tlaquepaque and the rest of the metropolitan area.
Lake Chapala
Ajijic, Chapala and Jocotepec, along the north shore of the lake.

Yes. Our own team installs in six regions: Riviera Nayarit, Bahía de Banderas and Puerto Vallarta; Guadalajara; Lake Chapala; the Oaxaca coast; Tulum and the Riviera Maya; and Baja California Sur. Everywhere else in Mexico your system ships to your door and a local plumber installs it with our guidance.
Yes, to all 32 states of Mexico. Outside our six installer regions only two things change: the shipping, and your own plumber doing the installation. The system and the support are the same.
Yes. Acuario systems use standard plumbing connections, and we guide you and your plumber through the installation, in English or Spanish.
Through the quote form or a WhatsApp conversation: where your water comes from (municipal supply, well or cistern), how many bathrooms and people, and a few photos of the water inlet. That tells us which system fits; if anything is unusual we ask before shipping.
Replacement filters ship to your door anywhere in Mexico; your plumber can change them, and in our six installer regions our own team offers service visits.
